Construction Manager

I am currently working alongside a fast growing main contractor based out of Kent who have a new project along the South Coast kicking off in the new year.
With an ever growing turnover and a great impact on the market in the few years they have been operational, this is a great time to join a business where you will climb the ranks and be rewarded for your project successes.
For this project they are in the market to hire an experienced construction manager, well versed in the industrial sector of construction, to work alongside the project manager to manage the brand new £7m warehouse project from inception to completion.
The successful construction manager will be someone who has a proven track record of handing over similar sized projects, and a large benefit will be if you are joining from another main contractor in the shed building world.
