Job Title: Senior Site Manager (Commercial workplace Fit-Out) Location: Manchester Salary: £45k – 50K (including car allowance) Benefits: £70 overnight allowance, £300 overtime per weekend day worked (on top of salary) Base Location: North West (NW-based candidates preferred) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven track record in office fit-outs.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects nationwide, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
You must be comfortable with extended stays away from home and traveling across the country as required.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of site operations, including subcontractors, health and safety, and project timelines.
Oversee office fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality finishes and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project execution.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
Conduct regular site meetings, providing progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements: Experience in office fit-out projects is essential.
Full UK driver's license is required.
Proven track record in managing large, complex construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to work nationwide and stay away for extended periods.
