OUR CLIENT A market leader in the engineering/construction sector with ambitious plans for growth THE ROLE We have a new vacancy for a Construction Litigation Solicitor 5 - 10 PQE to join an established in house legal team As an experienced team member, you will be advising the company on contentious matters likely to impact the business.
You will be expected to handle a varied and exciting workload providing commercial and legal solutions that add value or mitigate risk.you will be expected to provide legal and strategic support to the business, liaising with insurers and external advisers managin claims and disputes.
