What You'll Do As a trusted advisor within the business, you'll work closely with key stakeholders across construction projects, taking ownership of legal matters that minimize risk and maximize opportunities.
You'll get to: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders on significant construction projects.
Review and negotiate tenders, framework agreements, main contracts, and collateral warranties.
Negotiate terms with our supply chain and support early resolution of disputes.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that go beyond your core responsibilities, helping drive the business forward.
The Ideal Candidate We're seeking proactive, solution-oriented legal professionals with: Qualification as a Solicitor and 3+ years of PQE.
A solid background in advising on construction projects.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with both public and private sector clients.
