Construction Compliance Administrator

AS OCU continues on a journey of substantial growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Compliance Administratorto come and join us based in Iver.
The role is within our Power division you will be joining our compliance team to help in ensuring all documentation and aslaid information is compiled correctly and comprehensively again each project to allow for billing.
Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving collating and uploading returned paperwork from field operatives.
Completing asset information forms Producing final version aslaid plans Managing online tracker system to ensure all information is captured Utilise contracts work management system to manage and progress projects to completion Data processing and entry Photocopying printing scanning and filing of various documentation.
Skills & Experience: Experience in an office admin role Experience dealing with general public customers and clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management organisation skills and able to work to deadlines.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point and Outlook) Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
Attention to detail.
