The Role Reporting to Non-Contentious Construction Partners, you'll work on:
Construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts and professional appointments Significant engineering projects in the energy sector, such as onshore wind, hydro, solar and tidal/wave initiatives You'll collaborate with a prestigious client base, including developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants What We're Looking For A minimum of 8 years' PQE in Non-Contentious Construction Law Strong drafting, transaction management and client advisory skills A proactive approach to business development and mentoring What's on Offer?
