We are thrilled to partner with a respected law firm looking for a dedicated and motivated Construction and Projects Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Construction and Projects Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice on matters such as construction contracts, project financing, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of construction and projects cases from inception to completion.
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documentation.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
Assist in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Qualified solicitor (2 - 6 Years PQE) with experience in construction and projects law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
