Job Title: Construction Administrator Location: Belfast- BT3 Salary and Benefits: Salary £25k- £27k per annum Hours of work: Hours of work: Mon Thurs 9am 5pm Fri 9am 2pm (can be flexible) Employment Type- Permanent The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful Construction business in Belfast.
Due to an increased work load they are seeking a Construction Administrator to join the team.
The Right role: - Provide administrative support to the management team and project staff.
- Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle communications with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.
The Right Fit: It is essential you have 1-2 years experience in a busy Administration role ideally in Construction or Manufacturing.
Highly Proficient in MS Packages.
