Holt Engineering are seeking a Conformal Coater to join our manufacturing team in Fareham.
You will be joining a friendly and motivated team within a PCB manufacturing company who endeavour to be the first choice electronics manufacturer within the UK.
The Conformal Coater will play a critical role in applying protective coatings to electronic components and assemblies to ensure their reliability and longevity in various environments.
This role is working Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.00 with an early finish on the Fridays 14:30 and is paying £11.50-£13ph DOE The main duties of the Conformal Coater will be: Applying conformal coatings to electronic components and PCB assemblies.
Set up and maintain coating equipment Handle and store coating materials safely Inspect coated components for defects and make adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of coating processes Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and coating equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve coating processes and quality standards.
Monitor and manage coating material inventory The successful Conformal Coater will need: Good Attention to detail Previous experience with application of Conformal Coating Good oral communication skills Team player Flexible attitude Willingness to learn/develop Ability to read engineering drawings/parts lists In return, the successful Conformal Coater will receive: Competitive salary and benefits package.
