Field Service Based: Field Based (Bristol/Bath/Gloucestershire)
Reporting to: Regional Service Manager
Contract: Perm, Full time
We are looking for someone who has a technical aptitude around mechanical or electrical components.

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Field Service Technical Specialist based in the mentioned area.
We are looking for candidates with experience working in the field of repairing multifunctional photo copier devices or with experience (or related qualifications) in repairing electronic and/or electro-mechanical systems.
IT hardware, domestic appliances, vending machines to mention a few and such experience could be field or workshop based.
If you have the relevant background, experience and hunger to learn Kyocera will provide all the necessary basic and advanced technical training to make you a highly competent Field Specialist in our market leading print hardware and software applications.

The individual will provide technical assistance to assigned KYOCERA Managed Document Services accounts within timescales specified by SLAs.

Provide support during installations
Understand and be fully conversant with SLAs relating to assigned KMDS accounts
g holiday, sickness, busy periods
Build relationships with key stakeholders within KMDS accounts at all times
Previous experience of working in a field technical support environment preferably within the MFP/copier/print arena
25 days holiday (All statutory bank holidays relevant to regional country) – 1 extra day after 5 years.
Part time/temporary employees is a pro rata equivalent.
