Company Background This is an exciting opportunity for a junior producer, with approximately three years' experience, to join a growing events company.
They will launch and lead production for two events, deliver exceptional content, and play a central role in driving major growth for the business.
Established in 2012 Completely Retail Marketplace is the UKs only dedicated event for retail property.
Completely Retail Marketplace is a series of events where retail and leisure brands meet and network with a diverse range of property agents, landlords, shopping centre owners, franchise operators and organisations to discuss the market and opportunities for space.
Sponsors and attendees meet, network, exchange market insights and their requirements, and then do business.
Completely Retail Marketplace is the place to originate, accelerate and close retail and property deals across Europe.
Job Description Research and Market Analysis: Survey the market of key trends, challenges and themes Conduct primary research with key market participants to identify areas of interest Maintain a databank of key transactions highlighted in research calls (potential case studies) Maintain and update a database of market-leading institutions Produce and maintain a database of industry research per event Create high quality and engaging event programmes Select, invite, and confirm conference speakers Responsibility for design, production, editing, updating brochures and websites Build and maintain close relationships with speakers to ensure highest quality of delivery; and maximise business development opportunities Coordinate panel discussions Overall responsibility for all on-the-day presentations/panel delivery and speaker management Speaker engagement post-event(s) via "Thank you emails", requesting feedback, and conducting follow-up research calls with all speakers Overall responsibility for collecting and managing content to be use for post-event reports Ongoing speaker engagement post conference(s) and ongoing market updates Meeting client ROI and Sponsor Engagement on Programmes: Ensure that sponsor speakers are spoken to for research in order for us to understand what they believe are key topics, themes, challenges and opportunities Ensure sponsors are given as early an opportunity as possible to select where and on what they want to speak Understand the KPIs of each sponsor client and what they are trying to achieve Assess how the programme, content, and overall event delivery can serve to meet each customers' demands Ensure client involvement into events/content is geared to deliver ROI for clients Ensuring Event Delivery targets: Total number of attendees Support phase-targets are being achieved, including (but not exclusive to): Total VIP numbers (KPI: ensure campaigns are sent on-time successfully) Percentage of sponsor client confirmations Inter-departmental Communication and Project Management: Ensure that all departments' objectives are aligned, and each departments' strategies and tactics are understood by other departments per event/project Feed market intelligence to project teams to drive messaging momentum and revenue Share clear and honest feedback from the market: What's working and what's not Reasons to work for Completely Retail Marketplace: Growth and investment - this is an exciting time in the growth journey of the team which has recently joined the portfolio of market leading events businesses owned by Turnmill.
