Conference Producer

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Conference Producer to join their dynamic and growing team. As a key team member, you will manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and produce exceptional events.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee events, including managing investor relations and creating engaging content. Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Develop and implement strategies to increase event participation and client engagement. Monitor budgets to ensure events are delivered within financial targets. Write and manage content, including event summaries, investor communications, and key marketing materials. The Ideal Candidate 1-2 years in sales or production (experience in energy or financial capital markets is a bonus). Strong project management and organizational abilities. Proficient at multitasking and managing multiple events simultaneously. Excellent data management skills. Confident and personable, with the ability to engage with clients and investors face-to-face.
