WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?
Manage the seamless execution of conferences and events, ensuring all details are followed and customer expectations are met. Lead customer interactions from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues that arise. Oversee event logistics, including group room blocks, meeting space management, and billing accuracy. Collaborate with sales and operations teams, providing updates, forecasts, and ensuring smooth event transitions. Support sales efforts, including revenue forecasting and up-selling services, while leading team meetings and coordinating event operations. Your DNA:
From a hotel events sales background or events operations. A proven track record of leading and supporting a team. A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Lover of great service and hospitalitarian.
