We are partnering with a wonderful association dedicated to supporting scholarly publishing and communication as they look to hire a full-time Conference and Events Coordinator to support their expanding Events programme.
There events include exciting publishing conferences, networking sessions, webinars, and much more!
Benefits:
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days, plus bank holidays, plus 3 days between Christmas and New Year for office shut down

The role:
The Conference and Events Coordinator will be working in close collaboration with Conference and Events Manager and Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to deliver a varied and exciting programme of events, including conferences, webinars, seminars, and networking opportunities.
This role also involves social media marketing and administering some virtual training courses annually.
About you:
The successful candidate will join a friendly, home-based team, working independently but closely with colleagues.
This customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, accuracy, attention to detail, and good organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and some familiarity with social media marketing would be great, but of course specific software training will be provided.
While experience in event organisation is desirable, it is not mandatory.
This role is home-based but it will involve some travel to attend meetings, including an annual conference, occasional staff away days, seminars, and the London Book Fair.
