Conference And Events Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to work with and support the Commercial Services & Operations Manager within the Conference and Event department, on a variety of internal and external projects and events across all BSU campuses.
About the Role This role will provide the operational support on the coordination of events from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Events can include: Awards/Graduation ceremonies Summer Language Schools Academic conferences, symposiums and meetings Weddings, charity & social events Student led events About You The successful candidate will be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated with the ability to work in a changing environment.
Sitting within a fast-moving team, the capability to be able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service skills is a must!
Additional Information This is a Fixed Term Contract of up to 13 months to cover maternity leave.
Starting in February 2025.
