The main purpose of this role is to ensure our premises are safe and secure and represent Adullam standards.
We provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping.
We are looking for a Concierge to join our team!
As a Concierge you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities including health and security of the centre, reviewing CCTV, ensuring the Tenant/residents/service users are safe in the environment, some cleaning duties.
Your main goal will be to keep our building in a safe, secure and orderly condition.
The role is 25 hours over the weekend.
You will ensure a good standard of professional service is given and that you work within the Associations Policies and Procedures.
You will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.

About you?
We are looking for a Concierge with: An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages.
Proven working experience as a Concierge.
An organised person who can multitask Ability to Multitask.
A working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace, COSH.
Need to be agile and able to move equipment around the building.
An ability to demonstrate our values and behaviours and work within our Christian ethos.
Although lived experience is not essential, it is welcomed as part of our workforce.
Adullam understands that lived experienced means people have valuable, direct knowledge of how it feels to be in receipt of support services, and what needs to change for the better.

This role is salaried at: £15,600 per annum for 25 hours per week .
