We are hiring a Concierge for our luxury residence, Auriens Chelsea.

THE ROLE This role of Concierge is an integral role within the operations team of Auriens Chelsea.
Together with the Resident Relations Manager, the Concierge team will be one of the main contact points for the Residents and an Auriens Ambassador to external Guests and potential new Residents.
The Concierge Desk will be the central hub where Residents will seek information and recommendations.
It is the Resident Concierges main objective to deliver the highest service levels and to anticipate the Residents needs.
They will ensure that all requests of our Residents and their Guests are being honoured to their fullest satisfaction, including transportation, reservations and shopping services, and they are knowledgeable about in house and local amenities as well as special local events.
They will guarantee privacy of our Residents by being the gatekeepers of the entrance and welcoming guests to Auriens and will assist in the coordination of all in-house residential services and provide residential unit access, as directed.
The Concierge will perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and will develop strong and lasting relationships with the residents.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be personable and respectful of Residents' privacy, adapting swiftly to the varied demands of the role.
Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional efficiency are essential.
Established industry connections and familiarity with popular restaurants will enable seamless fulfilment of Resident requests.
Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle concierge services, or working with high-net-worth individualsor similar transferable skillsis required.
The successful candidate will provide an engaging, intuitive service, collaborate effectively, and become a trusted member of the Auriens team, enhancing Residents' everyday experiences.
SKILLS Address any questions, needs, or requests from Residents, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt follow-up.
Attend to guest needs, anticipating both expressed and unspoken expectations.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of recommendations through detailed research.
Build strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Maintain an effective communication strategy across all departments, fostering proactive, positive interactions throughout the Residence.
Be well-informed about Auriens' amenities and promote them effectively.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining a professional appearance, upholding confidentiality, and protecting company assets.
Greet Residents and guests warmly, anticipate their requirements, assist individuals with service needs, and show genuine appreciation.
Support delivery processes and notify Heads of Department (HODs) as needed for more complex requirements.
Contribute to the overall security of the building in coordination with other departments Follow established protocols for managing keys, master keys, electronic devices, and tracking visitor/contractor arrivals and departures.
