Computing Teacher – Secondary School, Oldham (Immediate Start or January start) Are you a passionate Computing Teacher looking for your next exciting role?
We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Computing Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Oldham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to inspire and engage students with the rapidly evolving world of technology.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in Computing and ICT.
Encourage students to develop practical and theoretical skills in areas such as programming, digital literacy, and information technology.
Plan and assess learning activities that cater to a variety of learning needs and abilities.
Inspire students to appreciate the impact of technology in the modern world and develop their digital skills.
Work closely with colleagues in the department to develop engaging curriculum content.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Computing or ICT at secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for fostering creativity through technology.
A commitment to helping students progress academically and personally.
A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).
