Computer Aided Design Technician

Job Details: Job Title: CAD Technician Location: Remote (Would be great in Glasgow) Employee Type : Contract Duration: 3months Note: Need to be open to travel once a week per month to other Europe countries.
Might be 2 weeks in the beginning for training.
Job summary The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Tech will be responsible for creating detailed drawings of delivery station layouts or delivery station concepts including material handling equipment, work areas, modules, and operations components based on current standards as well as designs supported for future initiatives.
Drawings will require a high level of detail in both plan views as well as corresponding elevation views.
CAD Tech will work under the high-level project direction of a design engineer and collaborate with various stakeholder teams, both internal and external, to create an approved delivery station design set.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Drafting and Design 3+ year experience in AutoCAD within an Architecture, Design, Civil, Construction, or Architecture capacity Revit, BIM experience Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
