Job Title : Compliance Services Specialist Location : Brighton Salary : £40,000 - £55,000 per annum About Us : HMP Group is searching for a Compliance Services Specialist on behalf of an established accountancy and advisory firm with offices in Brighton and Wimbledon.
As businesses increasingly transition to cloud-based accounting, this firm is committed to helping clients meet complex regulatory requirements while staying ahead in a digital landscape.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a compliance expert who understands the nuances of cloud technology and digital record-keeping.
The Role : As a Compliance Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that clients meet regulatory standards, especially within the realm of cloud-based accounting.
You'll conduct audits, provide guidance on compliance frameworks, and help clients navigate the requirements for digital record-keeping and data accuracy in cloud environments.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to keeping clients compliant in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and assessments with a focus on cloud accounting data accuracy and digital record-keeping.
Develop and implement compliance frameworks, guiding clients on best practices for regulatory adherence in cloud environments.
Analyse and interpret regulatory requirements for digital record-keeping, ensuring clients' adherence to tax and data regulations.
Provide training on cloud-based accounting practices, supporting clients in understanding and managing compliance standards.
Prepare detailed compliance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
Build strong client relationships to support their efforts in achieving regulatory compliance and data security.
What We're Looking For : Qualifications : ACA/ACCA or relevant compliance certifications.
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a compliance-focused role, ideally with exposure to cloud-based systems.
Skills : Proficiency in compliance and cloud-based accounting software, excellent analytical abilities, and strong attention to detail.
Attributes : Proactive, with a commitment to helping clients achieve high compliance standards and navigate digital requirements.
