Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities :* Manage the full spectrum of compliance activities across the firm.
* Work directly with Partners & HR Managers on compliance and risk management initiatives.
* Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
* Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.
* Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
* Liaise with external regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.Qualifications:* Previous experience in a compliance role within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of legal compliance frameworks and risk management.
