We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced FCA - Compliance Manager to join our very well established client.
You will be responsible for the management of a team of 2nd line defence and all aspects of business compliance & risk performance, resolving issues as they arise.
You will support the delivery of the risk management framework, compliance monitoring plan for the business.
This role is clased as Hybrid but you can be located anywhere in the UK & will require to business sites when required, £50,000-60,000k + Business Bens Duties Lead, motivate and manage a team, to achieve set targets, Maintenance and continuous improvement of the company FS Governance, frameworks and models for the business.
Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure all compliance metrics are being met Main point of contact for the FCA, incharge of reporting, changes to permissions and ensuring compliance to FCA Handbook.
Support business sales activity, providing guidance to the sales team on what is and is not compliant.
Maintain an audit schedule to conduct monitoring reviews on all LOB to ensure compliance with regulations and processes.
Operate as the business FCA Subject Matter Expert Support the business & all clients with any FCA or FS matters Prepare compliance & risk reports on FS improvements or change as needed across the business Build knowledge of the required processes & regulatory framework for the business & clients alike.
Experience Previously experience with customer facing regulations which impact the retail market.
E.g Retail Lending and or Insurance Regulations; CONC, DISP, ICOBS, SYSC.
Previous experience working with FCA Connect & Regulated Data Experience.
Previous experience working with the FCA & knowledge of FCA handbook & financial products.
Ability to build and develop the busienss Compliance Monitoring Program Ability to learn new regulations in a fast paced environment and translate those learnings for wider leadership team Compliance & Risk within FS/ Banking/ BPO/ Insurance would be preferable Qualifications - Compliance or Risk - ICA or IRM Experience of developing & maintaining governance frameworks People leadership experience Please contact ******
