Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance Edinburgh Permanent Meraki Talent's Financial Services client are looking for a Head of Compliance to join their team in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team and for this individual to play lead role in the function's growth and development in over the coming years.Responsibilities of the Head of Compliance:-Responsibility for all compliance, regulatory, risk, and governance activity -Put compliance at the centre of all aspects of the business to ensure excellent customer outcomes -Hold SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities either upon joining the firm or for the role to develop into these responsibilities over time -Broad role ranging across compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, financial promotions, financial crime, training & competenceBackground of the Head of Compliance:-Demonstrable experience in a compliance role at manager or head of level -Compliance experience within an investment management, wealth management or financial planning/advice 'Please see our website page headed (eg) 'Privacy Notice' for an explanation about how we use information we collect about you'.
