Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst – Fully Remote UK Compliance Analyst is required by our FinTech client to take ownership the ongoing review of the Conduct Risk Framework, proposing enhancements for the effective management, monitoring and reporting of Conduct Risk.
As Compliance Analyst you will embed Consumer Duty into BAU practice, review and update policies and standards relating to conduct risk as well as support the training of key conduct initiatives, through the creation of guidance documents and engagement with key stakeholders.
The Compliance Analyst will conduct regular horizon scanning to identify regulatory change and developments, such as FCA, PRA and EU legislation, that are applicable, support our client with gap analysis and embedding regulatory change identified as part of horizon scanning as appropriate.
Additionally as Compliance Analyst you will be instrumental preparing accurate reports, MI and gap analyses for inclusion in committee and forum packs as required, in a timely manner.

Compliance Analyst freelance profile required: Accomplished background in Compliance Risk Assessment processes.
Well-practised in policy and procedure management as well as Compliance training programmes.
Solid backgrounds in financial crime exposure to global AML and FC; Experience of dealing with high risk accounts.
Well practised in regulatory engagement as well as Governance and oversight arrangements.
Accomplished experiences across the FCA Handbook.
Compliance Analyst freelance contract details include: Start date: ASAP.
Contract: Contract / freelance Salary: Up to £449 a day – 12month contract Days onsite: Fully remote within the UK.
