    Role Overview: In this role, you will join a supportive, nurse-led care team to provide personalised assistance to our client in a warm and welcoming family home.
  If you're caring, reliable and eager to make a positive impact, this role offers the opportunity to support our client with dedicated and meticulous care.
The role can be offered as one full-time role for 36 hours, or two part-time roles for 18 hours.
  Shifts will be offered on a rota basis and hours will be offered between 07:30 and 19:30.
  You should be flexible with your working days and happy to include weekend hours if needed, as part of your shifts.
    About the Client: Our client is a young adult with a cheeky sense of humour.
  He loves music, crafts, animals and playing with sensory toys.
  Though smaller than average for his age, he is intellectually curious and enjoys lively interactions with his surroundings.
  Working as part of his nurse-led support team, you'll provide attentive care in his comfortable, bespoke accommodation, ensuring he feels safe, happy, and fulfilled.
  His family seeks a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented support worker who is upbeat and ready to work within a warm, collaborative team.
  While no driving is required, a personal vehicle is necessary due to limited public transport and they prefer a female, non-smoking support worker who feels at ease around the family's two dogs.
  We provide full training and shadowing shifts to ensure you are fully confident in his care needs, focusing on finding the right person over prior experience in complex care.
