Hourly Pay : £16.00 Location : Hatfield Shifts : Days: Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts Waking Nights: Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts Join Sonderwell as a Complex Care Assistant and Make a Real Difference We are looking for compassionate and dedicated female care assistants to work 12-hour day and waking night shifts on a full-time, part-time, or ad hoc live-in care basis to cover leave.

Your Role As a Sonderwell Complex Care Assistant, you'll help clients live the life they choose by providing personal and clinical care.
No two days are the same; from taking clients to appointments to spending the day supporting their needs, you'll provide tailored care to ensure their well-being.
We are currently recruiting for a team to support a lovely, motivated young lady with complex care needs.
She has a passion for F1, motorsport, art, TV, and film and is pursuing a degree at The University of Hertfordshire.
During holidays and some weekends, she returns to her home in Gosfield, so it's advantageous if staff can work in both locations.
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one care, sometimes alongside another staff member.
You'll assist her with her studies, hobbies, social activities, and trips out while providing clinical and personal care.
Key Responsibilities : Tracheostomy care Ventilation care Oral and tracheal suctioning PEG feeding Oxygen therapy Whether you have experience in complex care or are seeking a new challenge, we provide excellent training to build your confidence and skills.
Our nursing team will guide you in caring for gastrostomies, tracheostomies, and ventilation needs until you're fully competent.
What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are fun, reliable, flexible, and have the ability to connect with the people they care for.
Patience and adaptability are key to providing the highest level of personal care.
Supporting You At Sonderwell, our support doesn't stop at training.
We're here for you every step of the way, offering access to online and in-person training, as well as the opportunity to study for an NVQ qualification.
Depending on your client, you may work alone or as part of a team, and if you're available, you could support more than one client.
Before you start, you'll meet your client and their family.
Throughout your role, you'll have day-to-day support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager, and you'll also have access to our 'Carer App' for valuable insights and resources.
