Join our expanding team as a Complaints Officer, delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complaints from start to finish.
We are seeking an individual with excellent service skills, a genuine desire to help customers, and the ability to articulate empathy and respect.
Key responsibilities include: Investigating complaints, liaising with departments, and communicating with customers.
Ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and monitoring of complaints through our system.
Identifying areas for service improvements and contributing to a seamless customer journey.
Requirements include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate empathy and respect.
Proficient IT skills, including Gmail, Word, Excel, or equivalent.
Basic numeracy and literacy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
