Huntswood is looking for Utilities Complaint Handlers with excellent complaint handling experience to join a growing project based in our Glasgow Office.
As a complaint handler you will be investigating customer complaints and resolving them with solutions that suits the customer and the company.
This will include complaints about service, bills, metering and appointments.
Start Date: January 2025 Day Rate: £155 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this Location: Glasgow City Centre - Full time in office for training and sign off - Hybrid working available after this (3 days a week in office) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm What Huntswood can offer: A contract till end of Auguust 2025 A chance to gain experience in a professional and challenging environment, working for well-known organisations The chance to build a relationship with Huntswood, which will open doors to further campaigns in the future and allow you to gain more valuable experience for the futureWhat Huntswood is looking for: Experience investigating customer complaints Experience working for a Utilities company would be beneficial Commitment to work at our office in Central Glasgow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team Strong attention to detail Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases Good MS Office skills, particularly MS WordHuntswood is an organisation born of the desire to make a positive difference and key to that are people in the organisation.
