Job Introduction Sous Chef - Nuneaton Up to £15.00 per hour (DOE) Monday - Friday role!
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Sous Chef for our dedicated catering team in Nuneaton, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients.

About the role Services: Breakfast, lunch, vending and hospitality Assist the Chef Manager in managing daily kitchen operations Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients Serving customers at the counter and operating the till during service times Support menu planning and innovation, ensuring a diverse and exciting culinary offering Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness Efficiently manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Chef Manager, ensuring seamless service About You Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding food and customer service.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of food trends, dietary requirements, and modern presentation techniques.
Experience in working to an achievable GP Stock and Waste control experience Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha's Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
