We investin you, if you invest in us!24 days of annual leave plus Bank HolidaysA variety of employee benefits including; Life Assurance, Corporate Healthcare Plan, Flexible/Hybrid Working, Bonus Scheme, Opticians Scheme, Free Parking, Staff Discounts andChristmas Saving Club.The RoleTargeted as a growth area for the business, we are seeking a Commercial Solicitor toundertake Company Commercial work.Excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience and have a hand in the development of along-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm.Demonstrate experience of strategic marketing and networking bringing new high qualityclients to the firm and have the ability to deal with a broad range of clients.Commercially aware and willing to really put the client first.The role will also involve active participation in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR,business development, social media and networking activities, as appropriate.Your Experience & Technical AbilityCirca 3 years PQE.Commercially aware with a proven background in all aspects of company commercial lawincluding buying and selling businesses.Demonstrate understanding of the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and othertechnically demanding documents.Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and contract law.
