They are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Newly Qualified (NQ) Company Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team in the Altrincham office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment, offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work with an exceptional team of legal professionals.Role Overview:As an NQ Company Commercial Solicitor, you will be given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of company commercial matters, advising clients across a range of sectors.
You will be involved in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company structuring, and general corporate advisory work.
