Job summary Team Manager - Band 7Marlborough Community Team Hours per week - PermanentThe Marlborough Community Team are looking for a new teammanager.
The successful candidate will be required to work with, lead anddevelop an experienced, passionate group of health care professionals.
The teamcomprise of therapists, support workers, nurses, administrators, and clinicalcare coordinators.
You will also benefit from working alongside 2 ClinicalLeads.
Whilst you lead the team operationally, you can be assured that yourClinical Leads will be championing the teams clinical care.
Our community teams support patients with a range of healthcare needs in their own home and within our Community Hospital clinics.
Wesupport long term care needs, urgent care, and NHS at home (virtual wards).
Asthe team manager you will work closely with managers in your neighbouringteams, the local Primary Care Network and the wider commissioning managers.

Weoffer a range of training pathways, for example the Rosalind Franklin, NHSLeadership Academy training.
Attendance on the training is within the workingday with additional support from your line manager and others in a leadershipposition.
