Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager, to lead the Community Learning Disabilities teams in Coventry and Rugby.
This person will be required to manage the role and functions Of Multi disciplinary LD community team, ensuring adequate skill mix and safe staffing levels are maintained.
This will provide a service to people with LD who require assessment to determine the required interventions to maximise recovery and independence.
Main duties of the job The post holder will have responsibility for the operational delivery of the service and liaise with other partners in the pathway to ensure seamless service for service users and their families.
The post holder will manage and provide leadership to the team to include staff and service development and ensure that all organisational systems and process are in place, adhered to and monitored within area of responsibility.
