Hours of work will be on a rota between 7am and 11pm These posts are based within the Home First Community Wellbeing Team at various locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.
The Community Wellbeing Team works closely with the Swansea Bay University Health Board to provide a Reablement service as well as short- and long-term care to individuals living within the Neath Port Talbot County Borough.
