What the job involves Assisting in the provision of support and empowerment to service users to help them plan and achieve their personal and health goals.
Collaborating with level 2 community support workers and assisting in person-centered plans and individual support programs.
Providing practical assistance and support tailored to the needs of service users, including helping with medication and maintaining records.
Acting as an advocate for service users and participating in meetings to improve and implement activities.
Engaging in personal and professional development through training and supervision.
Contributing to creating a safe working environment for all through compliance with health and safety policies.
Ensuring adherence to the companys data management and safeguarding policies.
Undertaking duties across various service areas if required to ensure effective service delivery.
