We deliver high-quality nursing, specialist care teams, children and family advice and support, plus our rehabilitation ward and Minor Injury Unit at Caterham Dene Hospital.To fit around you, we can offer a range of full/part time hours and shift patterns including day, late and evening shifts.
We will also consider bank (minimum of hours).

Main duties of the job Based in Caterham, Oxted and Redhill, you will provide nursing care for a wide range of conditions to people in their own home or residential settings.

Job description Job responsibilities Job SummaryThisrole within First Community (FC) is to provide nursing support to adults andtheir families.
You will deliver skilled nursing care under the direction ofthe Senior Nurse within the framework of the NMC Code, promoting a healthylifestyle and independence where possible.
