Job Description Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for driving the business forward, increasing items, revenue and ensuring that the company's brand is upheld with their reputation. Lead, motivate and optimize team performance within the pharmacy. Ensure that the pharmacy operates and adheres to GPhC standards. Lead, train and develop colleagues. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicine. Support the pharmacy and team in hitting targets. Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services, in addition to providing healthcare advice to customers according to GPhC standards. The Successful Applicant You will need:
MPharm degree or equivalent. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Valid DBS. Able to manage and lead a high performing team. At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist.
