Working Days - Mondays, Tuesday and either Wednesdays or Thursdays (3 days per week)s2 Paramedics already in placeMentor supervising Main duties of the job PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND TASKSYou will primarily be part of the urgent care team, working alongside GPs and Nurse Practitioners to meet patients acute medical problems.Delivering minor ailment clinics integrating both drug and non-drug based treatment methods into a management plan.To identify, manage and support patients at risk of developing long term conditions, preventing adverse effect to patients health.To maintain accurate clinical records and ensure read codes are used effectivelyParticipate in national and local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.Support and participate in shared learning within the practice, including the review of significant events.Ensure clinical knowledge is kept up-to-date and mandatory training requirements are met.
