Person Specification Qualifications Essential Registered General Nurse (adult).
Educated to degree level or equivalent Knowledge and Experience Essential Knowledge around long term conditions and their management.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Desirable Previous Community Services experience.
Technical expertise/competence Essential Demonstrates an understanding of local and national issues influencing the delivery and development of health care.
Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of evidence based care.
Demonstrates an understanding of the Clinical Governance requirements.
