We're looking for a dynamic Community Networker to join our expanding team in Coventry and Kenilworth!
What's in it for you?
£13.50 per hour 16 hours per week (contracted) Work for a CQC "Good" rated office, aiming for "Outstanding" with recent internal audits already achieving "Outstanding" As a Community Networker, you'll be the driving force behind building meaningful relationships, expanding our client base, and promoting our services.
Your role will include enhancing our visibility, conducting marketing initiatives, tracking progress through weekly reports, and collaborating with the team to boost client and carer acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts Foster connections within the local community Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities Keep advertising and marketing materials up-to-date Maintain and manage networking databases and referral files Conduct market research to discover new clients and opportunities Exceed growth targets and contribute to company success Plan and execute effective networking campaigns Work closely with managers to ensure seamless client acquisition and satisfaction Report regularly on sales activities and pipeline progress What We're Looking For: Sales experience Proven experience managing promotional campaigns Knowledge of local community sales and marketing strategies If you're ready to grow with us and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
