As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will: Provide care and manage symptoms for patients with mental health conditions.
Build therapeutic relationships and offer crisis intervention.
Liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals.
Interact with patients' families, offering advice and information.
Prepare and maintain patient records, care plans, and risk assessments.
Lead a staff team during patient conveyance or therapeutic observational service.
Ensure proper handover of patient details and report incidents promptly.
Assist in policy compliance and attend necessary training and meetings.
