Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
We are 4 ladies altogether but we live in 2 separate properties.
These are just down the road from each other.
All of us get along and have a good relationship.
3 of us are fully mobile and require no support with moving around our home.
1 of us can manage around the home but need a wheelchair to access the community
We love joining in all kinds of activities from playing board games, cooking, and arts and crafts to going out in the community.
Maintaining our relationships with the people we love is important to us we need support in this area
We like staff that has similar interests to us, they must be kind, caring and compassionate.
We would not get along with people who are bossy, pushing or running around
There is 1 staff member on shift at all times.
Staff do 12-hour shifts.
Night-time support is a waking night.
We all have 1:1 support which is planned week by week depending on what/where we want to go
In order to support us to have the best life possible our team has specialized training in all the areas we require
