Job Description Join Our Team at Home Instead New Forest We are seeking kind-hearted individuals to join our dedicated team as Community Home Helpers.
This part-time role is centred around assisting older adults in their own homes, offering them support and companionship, and helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities: Provide companionship and conversation, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errand running.
Help with personal care activities including dressing, bathing, and grooming.
Encourage and support in physical activities and exercises, tailored to individual abilities.
Remind clients to take their medication and assist with mobility around the home.
Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary.
