Community Fundraising Ambassador - Essex

About The Role If you're looking for a varied and flexible role which helps us to reach and support more people affected by dementia than ever before, look no further!
You'll volunteer with our Fundraising teams to raise awareness in your local community and assist our supporters to raise funds.
You'll help us to identify potential new supporters, to build brand awareness and to inspire people in your local area to know more about dementia.
By being one of our Ambassadors, you'll put your passion for making a difference into action by engaging with our supporters in a variety of ways such as attending events or cheques presentations and helping with bucket collections.As of September 2024, there are around 10,000 people living with dementia in Essex.
This does not account for the thousands of caregivers who also require our support.
Community Fundraising Ambassadors connect with the community, raise vital funds, and increase awareness of our cause, providing Help and Hope to those in need.
We ask for a minimum commitment of two hours per month.
