Here at Bionical Health, we are looking for a patient-focused nurse to join our team as a Community Enteral Nurse.
In the role you will be empowering newly referred NHS patients to manage their enteral feeding within the comfort of their own homes, as well as upskilling care workers to support PEG and NG tube fed patients.
Main duties of the job This is an autonomous role where you will manage your own diary and patient case load to ensure patient requirements are fulfilled You will be working with patients to coach and train them to effectively manage their own enteral care You will be communicating with patients to highlight and overcome any mental barriers and concerns they are experiencing, as well as providing information around hygiene and infection control You will be troubleshooting any problems the patient may be facing with the pump both in person or over the phone/video call, and doing NG tube changes when required About us Bionical Health are proud to be the UKs largest home healthcare provider with a 97% satisfaction score in our nurse led services.
