The chance to deliver compassionate care on a flexible schedule makes this role both rewarding and accommodating.What you can add:Understanding of the role of Community NursingExperience of managing care related to enteral feeding and good understanding of products and equipment.Able to work autonomouslyGood organisational skills.High levels of effective communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.Able to motivate self and teams to positively manage changeReinforce within the service the need to view users holistically and promote self-care and independence.Work collaboratively with their counterparts from teams in other provider organisations to develop a seamless service.Effective roles model and communicative at all levels; utilising effective written, oral and presentation skills.Able to demonstrate recent innovative practice.Able to work flexibly acrossservice areas to enhance quality of service provision.The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.What you'll need:Registered Nurse AdultSpecialist Practitioner qualification (DN Degree, diploma or Certificate in District Nursing)Non-Medical Prescriber/Nurse Prescriber QualificationTo support the ability to change skin level devices (buttons), balloon gastrostomy tubes, nasogastric tubes, as appropriate.Evidence of clinical leadership within acommunity nursing environment including; Mentoring/assessing in practiceCoachingRecruitment and selectionRisk and Incident Reporting (Root Cause Analysis) and supporting teams in learning from findings.Able to manage own workload and support othersAble to conduct courageous conversations and support staff with performance related issuesAt least2 years EnteralNursing experienceCommunity Nursing Experience.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential All Registered Nurse roles will be required to provide evidence of :- Statement of NMC Registration Degree /Diploma in Nursing Experience Essential A car and valid UK driving license.
At least 2 years Enteral Nursing experience.
Community Nursing Experience.
