Description Community Engagement Team Leader (South)  Reports to: Head of Community Engagement  Location: Liverpool South Full-time: Hours will vary across 9-5, 10-6, 11-7, and 12-8 with days varied around team shift patterns and locations on those particular days    Salary: £30,000-£32,000   Monthly commission scheme  Monthly car allowance   Business travel paid    Please note that applications will be reviewed as received and should a suitable candidate be identified, we may fill the vacancy early.

Key Responsibilities As Community Engagement Team Leader, you will be responsible for:  Being a role model for the Community Liaison Officers in the team by demonstrating company values  Implementing the daily structure set out by the community engagement management team to ensure daily KPIs are being met by the team  Supporting new starters in the team by assisting their first days out on the field following classroom training  Supporting the Community Engagement Manager in ensuring team KPIs are being met  Ensuring any training needs for the team are being highlighted to the Community Engagement Manager  Taking over team management duties when the Community Engagement Manager is unavailable to ensure consistency in team support and management  Working with the Northern Community Engagement Manager to ensure consistency in community messaging  Skills, Knowledge & Expertise A full UK driving license  Experience of supporting team members in sales or door-to-door environments is essential  Telecoms industry experience is preferred but not required.
