The Role We are expanding our network of healthcare professionals, charities, and community organizations that refer clients to us.
As our Community Engagement Officer / Business Development Executive, you will be a pivotal part of our mission, building vital partnerships that enhance our visibility and reputation within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture referral networks within the healthcare and social care sectors.
Conduct outreach and coordinate meetings to promote our services and mission.
Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and events that build community ties.
Maintain relationships with existing referral partners, ensuring ongoing engagement.
Monitor and report on outreach activities, helping us improve and innovate our strategy.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in business development or community engagement, ideally within healthcare or social care.
Exceptional communication skills – You're comfortable engaging people at all levels and sharing our vision with enthusiasm.
Social media savvy – You understand the power of digital outreach and know how to leverage it.
A passion for service – You believe in supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing their quality of life.
Organised and reliable – You can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Team-oriented – You love working with people, whether they're clients, partners, or your colleagues.
Location Requirement – You should be based within a one-hour commute of West London for in-person collaboration.
A Day in the Life Start your day in Chiswick, grabbing coffee with the team before diving into emails.
By mid-morning, you're scheduling meetings with potential partners and strategising outreach campaigns with the marketing team.
In the afternoon, you're out and about, meeting with healthcare professionals and sharing the impact of our work.
You might wrap up by updating your CRM from a nearby café or park, knowing you made a difference today!
