Are you ready for an exciting career?We invite you to become a part of our Customer Directorate as one of our two Community Engagement Ambassador.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing strong connections with our customers and stakeholders out in the community and support, guide and coach customers to allay any concerns they have about metering as well as being able to influence sustained behaviour change in how they use water.Based in Essex, you will be field based for the majority of the working week, with and amongst our other workers in the communities.
This may include weekends at larger scale events especially during warmer months.
Driving our new universally designed engagement vehicle will be a pivotal part of this role, so a driving license is essential – don't worry, training on the vehicle itself will be provided.INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD 26/27/28 NOVEMBERAbout youYou will be a proactive thinker, and will be able to plan, use data and tools to discuss possible outcomes.
You will also be passionate and able to bring enthusiasm every day to work.You will be able to think outside the box about how to communicate to reach all of our customers and be able to take ownership and accountability of this role.
