About the Role As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Service Users.
This role involves assisting Service Users with daily tasks, including personal hygiene, preparing food, and administering medication.
Other Responsibilities include: Providing companionship.
Assistance with dressing.
Light housework.
Ensuring the service user is safe and feels safe.
Providing written accounts of the care delivered including maintaining medical records.
Community Care Assistants support the company in consistently delivering high-quality care.
About You Are you a motivated Community Care Assistant or perhaps you are looking towards a change of job and feel you have the attributes to work within health and social care.

You will be required to have the following: A full and valid UK driving licence.
Access to your own vehicle.
A mobile phone.
Vehicle insurance including business cover.
